When you book your onboarding session, you will receive an email that notifies you of:

  1. Your interview time and location
  2. What to complete before your interview
  3. What to bring to your interview
  4. A link to change/cancel your interview 

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your interview, simply track down the email called 'New appointment', scroll down to the bottom of the email, and select 'Change/Cancel Appointment'. You will then be able to select another appointment time which better suits your schedule.

If you can't find the email, simply head to support@sidekicker.com.au  and we will happily assist you.

Note that there is a limit on the amount of times you can reschedule interviews, and if this limit is reached, you may be unable to book another onboarding session.
