Hot Jobs
Keep an eye out for jobs with a flame symbol- these are jobs that have good odds of getting hired! We will occasionally send some suggestions to your email (if you have notification preferences switched on) to help you find these!
Instant-Hire
The Sidekicker platform now offers instant acceptance for jobs with auto-hire enabled! Instead of 'Applying' for a job, Sidekicks are immediately given the opportunity to 'Accept' shifts when auto-hire is enabled. Be careful though, once you accept a shift you will be expected to work it.
You can tell when a job has been posted with auto-hire enabled if it has a lightning bolt symbol;
on the home page beneath the shift pay rate
on an individual job beneath the shift pay rate, and on the "Accept" button
T&Cs of Auto-hire:
If you no longer wish to work an auto-hire job, you need to withdraw from the shift. More information on how to withdraw from shifts can be found here.
Withdrawing from an auto-hire job has the same impact on your reliability score as non-Auto-hire jobs. Failure to withdraw in a timely manner may result in your account being flagged for reliability. For more information on how withdrawals impact your reliability, see this article here.
