As the job description is your Sidekick’s primary source of information about your job, it’s best to ensure that you include as much relevant information about the job as possible. Not only will this ensure your job goes smoothly, but better descriptions also attract better quality (and more) Sidekick applications.

This includes:

  • A short 1-2 sentence overview of the job and your business
  • Tasks and duties the Sidekick will be responsible for on the shift
  • Uniform requirements
  • Any tools (e.g. waiter’s friend) required for the job
  • Meeting point for the job
  • What experience the Sidekick will need to complete the job successfully
  • Any special instructions to complete the job
  • Details about parking or transport required to get to the shift
