Sidekicker has several tools you can use to manage your business’s regular Sidekicks, or your existing workforce through the platform.
By using Talent Pools, you can set up groups of Sidekicks suitable for various roles, sites, or availabilities and post jobs just to them.
You can set up your Talent pools via the ‘Talent Pool’ section, or via ‘Your Sidekicks’.
By clicking ‘Manage Sidekick’ you can easily add or remove Sidekicks from Talent Pools.
When you post a shift, you can then select the talent pool you’d like to notify and be able to view the shift. For more information on how to post a job, read our article “How do I post my first job?”.
