Set shifts:

Yes - you are able to apply for as many jobs as you're available for! If you're selected for a job and it moves to your 'Active' section, the system will automatically withdraw your applications from other shifts which clash with this job. 


Ongoing shifts: 

As ongoing shifts do not specify the exact hours you will work, in this case, the system will be unable to distinguish job clashes, and you will NOT be automatically withdrawn from any shifts which clash with an ongoing shift - this is to ensure that you are able to work as many shifts as you want on the platform. 

In this case, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not apply, or you withdraw your applications for any shifts which will clash with your ongoing shifts.

Occasionally, there may be a system glitch which may result in being allocated to clashing shifts: this can occur if the client changes the start date or time of a shift, or posts a job just to you. If you notice that you are assigned to two shifts which clash, we ask that you contact our Sidekicker Support team immediately so that we can rectify the issue - you can do this via support@sidekicker.com.au or 1800 665 035 (AU) or 0800 003 998 (NZ).
