Payments are processed weekly for all jobs with an end date in the previous week. Your earnings will appear in your account by Friday in the week following your shift.
To ensure you get paid on time the following criteria needs to be met:
- Your job took place between Monday and Sunday the previous week
- You have completed all of your personal details under Account Settings in your profile:
Australia - full address, bank details, TFN and super account
New Zealand - full address, bank details, IRD, tax forms
If this information is not completed, your payment will be delayed.
If you haven't been paid by the second Friday after you completed a shift, please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org.
