One of the great things about Sidekicker is that you can post jobs to your existing casual workforce. 

It’s quite easy to invite your current workers on to Sidekicker for your exclusive use. We call your workers Private Sidekicks, as they will only see and have the ability to apply for jobs that you or your company have posted. The benefit of this feature is that Sidekicker can manage your rostering, staff management, and even payroll.

How does it work?

The process for inviting private Sidekicks is nice and simple - the way it should be! Follow the steps below, and you'll have your own pool of Sidekicks in no time.

Step 1: When logged in, click 'Invite Sidekicks' in the left-hand navigation bar. If you can't see this option, get in touch with us at support@sidekicker.com.au so we can unlock this feature for you.

Step 2: Click 'Invite Talent' and enter the email addresses of the workers you would like to invite. There is also an option to upload names and email addresses in a csv file to make group invites nice and easy.

Step 3: Your invited workers will receive an email invitation with a link to a registration form and guidance on how to set up their private Sidekick account. 

Step 4: Once your Sidekick has completed their account setup, you'll be able to add them to your private talent pool and post shifts directly to them. You can create and edit your talent pools by clicking on 'talent pools' in the Workforce menu. You can find everything you need to know about talent pools here.

Can I resend or delete invitations once I've sent them?

You have complete control over the whole process! You have the ability to resend invitations, delete invitations and check on which invitations are still pending registration.
