If you need to change the details in an open request, head to your Live Requests dashboard.
Simply click the settings cog on the request you wish to update and select ‘edit request’.
What can I change?
- Job date, start and end times
- Hourly rate paid to the Sidekicks (Please note you cannot reduce the rate below the minimum rate set by Sidekicker)
- Request name, description and location
- Talent Pools you wish to notify
What can I not change?
- If Sidekicks have already applied to this job, you are unable to change the category and subcategory of your request, i.e. changing Hospitality to Events or Bartender to F&B Attendant.
- If you wish to edit the category, you will need to cancel your request and repost it.
All Sidekicks who have applied or been successfully hired will be notified of the change.
Please be aware that changes may result in Sidekicks needing to withdraw from your job.
