To ensure you are paid correctly, it's important that the bank details on your profile are accurate and up to date.
For your own security, it's best to update this to your profile directly instead of sharing your details over email or chat.
To update the information on your Profile:
Go to your Profile on your app or browser and click on your name in the top right corner
Select 'Account' and then Bank Details
Update your details with the relevant banking information, including BSB and Account number
What happens to my payment if my bank details are incorrect?
Update your bank details to the correct BSB and Account number as soon as possible, using the steps above
Reach out to our team via the blue chat bubble. We will take a look at the status of your payment for you
If there has been a 'bounce' and your payment has not been processed, we will re-process this for you. If there is another issue, we will let you know and work with the payroll team to get that sorted as soon as possible.
When updating your account information, please complete this by Monday to ensure it can be processed correctly in that week's pay cycle.
