Once a Sidekick has been hired, their email and phone number will become available to you.

At the same time, we also release a your details to hired Sidekicks, so they can contact you with any questions.

Phone or email is the best way to communicate any details you did not include in your request description (such as meeting points or briefs). 

If you have difficulty contacting a Sidekick, please Live Chat with our support team via your dashboard. 

Please note: The reason why we do not release a Sidekick’s personal information prior to hiring, is to protect their privacy and to ensure all Sidekicks have an equal opportunity to be selected. 

However, under special circumstances, we can allow customers to contact Sidekicks prior to hiring. Please Live Chat with support if you’d like us to make a consideration.
