If a Sidekick has submitted hours which don’t match your records of the shift, we recommend you reach out to them as soon as possible to ensure there has not been any confusion about the start and end times of the job.
If a Sidekick has mistakenly entered incorrect hours, you are able to alter these from the ‘View Timesheet’ button when you are completing the job.
Simply click the View Timesheet button to alter their start and end time, and enter an alteration reason (which will be emailed to the Sidekick).
Then simply click ‘Approve’ and ‘Complete Job’ as usual! Please note, any changes which are disputed by the Sidekick will be investigated by our management team accordingly.
