If a Sidekick can no longer work a shift, the best thing to do is contact Sidekicker directly. Sidekicks are informed that the correct process to follow if they can no longer work a shift is to contact Sidekicker as soon as possible to ensure that we can find a great replacement.

Once we’ve been informed that a Sidekick cannot work a shift, we will remove them and re-open the job to qualified Sidekicks. As Sidekicks apply for this job, Sidekicker will handle the process and we will notify you when replacements have been found.
