If you need to update your bank details, the process is really straight forward! There are two things you will need to do:
1. Update your information on your Profile
Go to Account Settings on the top right hand side of your dash.
Under 'Bank Details' update the details with any relevant new banking information
(NB: This will look different if you are a NZ Sidekick, but you will be able to update your banking details in the same spot)
2. Let us know!
After you have updated your information, make sure that you message us via the blue chat bubble so we can ensure all changes are reflected in our system. This is a really important step!
Our team will let you know once this has been done, and your pay will now go to the new nominated bank account.
