Direct debit is one of the safest and most convenient ways of paying your invoices. With this option, payments are made automatically at the time the invoice is due, so you no longer have to remember to manually transfer the money.

How do I update my payment method to Direct Debit?

Simply email us at support@sidekicker.com.au or let us know via the blue chat bubble that you would like us to activate direct debit for you.

You'll receive an email letting you know when direct debit has been activated. Once this has been activated, go to ‘Billing Details’ on the Sidekicker platform and follow the prompts to set up direct debit.

Please note that you will not be able to hire until you have updated your billing details.
