From 17 September 2021, the QLD Government is requiring that all aged care staff must have had their first COVID-19 vaccine dose.

To keep working jobs on Sidekicker, you must UPLOAD proof of your COVID-19 vaccine to your profile or EMAIL a copy to support@sidekicker.com.au.

What counts as proof of my vaccine?

We require your immunisation history statement or COVID-19 digital certificate.

Note, if you are eligible for Medicare, you can access these documents using either:

What if I can't access the form online or don't Medicare?

If you are unable to access proof of your COVID-19 vaccination online, your vaccination provider can print your immunisation history statement for you.

If you’re not eligible for Medicare, you can still get proof using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service (IHI service) through myGov.

Alternatively, you can call the Australian Immunisation Register and ask them to send your statement to you via post, but note this can take up to 14 days.
