If you are unable to access proof of your COVID-19 vaccination online, your vaccination provider can print your immunisation history statement for you.

If you’re not eligible for Medicare, you can still get proof using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service (IHI service) through myGov.

Alternatively, if you have vaccination documentation from overseas, you will need to register this with the Australian Immunisation Register, which will generate an Australian document for you.

Log in to Sidekicker on a desktop site and navigate to your profile. Once here, click on 'Edit Profile', then scroll down the page to the 'Certificates' section until you find these certificate fields:

You will automatically be redirected to Certsy where you will be prompted to provide an email address - please ensure this is the email associated with your Sidekicker account.

Follow the prompts to upload proof of your COVID-19 vaccination and once complete, remember to 'Connect & share' the results with Sidekicker.

Once you have shared the results with Sidekicker, this should reflect on your Sidekicker profile within 24 hours.

If you have any issues verifying your COVID-19 vaccination document through Certsy, or if you have a medical exemption, you can send your document directly to us on the blue chat bubble.
