How do I obtain proof of my vaccination?
Proof of vaccination can be obtained in the form of a 'My Vaccine Pass', which can be accessed and downloaded via the My Covid Record online portal.
How do I upload proof of my vaccination to my profile?
To upload a copy of your 'My Vaccine Pass', log in to Sidekicker on our desktop website and navigate here to edit your Sidekicker profile and locate the Covid section.
If you have received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, upload your document under:
COVID-19 Partial Vaccination Record - Dose 1 (NZ)
If you have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination, upload your document under:
COVID-19 Full Vaccination Record - Dose 2 (NZ)
Alternatively, send a copy via email to [email protected] and we'll take care of the rest!
My certificate was rejected! This may be because:
The incorrect document was uploaded
The document was not valid (e.g. had already expired)
The document is blurry or unreadable by our team
The document does not have all the required information (eg. date, stamps or personal details)
